There is nothing more important to Health than a fulfilling social life. We are social beings. We need each other. We not only receive life from others, but we give life to others. All the way down to the cells of our bodies, we are meant for social interaction. Social isolation has been shown to have many detrimental effects on our health.
Our WHY

For each one of us there is a reason to be healthy. It is the one thing that we will not give up on no matter what. Discovering our WHY is vital in achieving Optimal Health!
Competition

We often don't think of Competition as being social, but the strive to be the best at what we do raises the level of human experience for us all. We are all counting on each other to help us be the best we can be.
Young and Old

The Young are counting on the old to pass down their wisdom. The old are counting on the young to keep the world moving and provide the joy and excitement. We need each other.
Loving Relationships

Finding someone to love and understanding how important health is to the long term relationship is one of the strongest factors in achieving high levels of health.
Our Church Family

Growing in faith with others can bring neurological, skeletal and cardiovascular health as well as decreasing stress and anxiety.
Friends

Pals! Sometime they pick us up. Sometimes we pick them up. Sometime we just enjoy the little things in life together. Don't ever underestimate the value of a friend.
