We begin your Initial Exam by going through some test first and taking any needed x-rays.
I learned this model from my Orthodontist, Dr. St. Clair years ago and I believe it's the best way to perform an evaluation.
I want to get a picture of how your Nervous System is working before you tell me your story.
This is very helpful to me when I'm putting together your treatment plan.
In this room, we will be checking your Oxygen / Heart Rate and Grip Strength, taking x-rays, then test your Brain with some neurological tests and finally take some Posture pictures.
The final test is the ReflexPro Pupillary Light Reflex Test. This test gives us insight into the status of your Nervous System. We can get information about your Autonomic Nervous System from this test.
We then are going to sit down One-on-One because I want to hear your story.
I want to know everything that's going on with your health because it helps me build a picture of how your Nervous System is working and where it is being interfered with.
It might not make any sense in the beginning, but I hope by the end of the visit (or over the next few visits) it will become more clear.

After we have completed our Initial Exam, if it is appropriate based on our findings, you will get your first adjustment.
This session may include not only a spinal adjustment but also any other modalities that are necessary on the first day.
Finally, you will be scheduled for your Doctors Report on your next visit.
