Recommended Supplements for Daily Health

Supplements are an imperative part of our daily health.

Here are some of Dr. Clemmons's recommended supplements:

- 2,700mg Fish Oil EPA & DHA in a 2:1 ratio

- Zinc Picolinate

     (Also found in red meats, chicken,

     whole grains, beans, nuts, and crab)

     - 11mg adult males daily

     - 8mg adult females daily

- Vitamin D

     - Minimum of 5,000 IU's a day

     - Can take 10,000 IU's a month
