My name is Kim Vann and I am excited to be joining The Rock Health & Wellness team.  My husband Paul and I have 4 amazing children (3 children and 1 son-in-law) as well as an absolutely adorable granddaughter.  We are blessed to live and work in the Lubbock area.  Our family has been under the care of Dr. Clemmons for 14 years and the improvement to our health and wellness is priceless.

I received my Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University  in Family Consumer Science Education.  After a time with Lubbock ISD, I began teaching for a local non-profit, educating on the prevention of child abuse.  I had the privilege of creating and presenting school based programs as well as teaching parenting classes that empowered families through awareness and education.  I am still dedicated to the youth in our community by being on the board of FOUND Mission as well as a dispatcher for this important non-profit.  

I started my career as a personal trainer in 2011 and purchased my own fitness business in 2017.  AS a Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Health Coach, I believe our bodies were created to perform to their fullest when given proper nutrition, movement and rest.
