How Do We Start?

We start with an Initial Consultation. We want to make sure we are on the same page and that we completely understand what you are wanting to accomplish with your fitness. We will evaluate your current fitness level, your history with fitness, and your goals for your fitness journey. We will also address any major concerns you have with working out! Then we start working toward those goals!
The InBody570
We use the InBody570 to monitor your body's changes as you progress in your fitness! Its incredible accuracy shows us exactly how to help you adapt your workouts and nutrition! To find out more, click here to learn more!
Shop with the Doc
Part of being successful is knowing what and what not to eat. The "Shop With the Doc" grocery store experience is a 1 on 1 meeting with Dr. Clemmons at your favorite grocery store. We will talk about different nutritional ideas then walk the store and discuss different food options.
We won't actually shop. This experience is designed to be educational.
How do we work out?
​Our workouts work on a CrossFit-methodology system of functional movements. Every movement in our workouts is designed to keep your body moving and growing in a healthy and efficient manner while driving you to success. From barbells to medicine balls to rowing to biking and everything in between, The Rock's innovative style allows complete beginners to quickly pick up on expert level moves and begin their journey into advanced fitness while promoting health. No more "gymtimidation!"

Our program is streamlined with your safety and fitness in mind. Each workout will be catered to your fitness level, introducing movements slowly and gradually increasing intensity. And don't be scared of the word intensity! Intensity is analyzed by your fitness level that day and will grow as you grow. Workouts will build on each other, utilizing movements that have been learned to expand a healthy fitness vocabulary, and with Dr. Clemmons leading the classes himself, you will always have him there to answer any questions or modify any exercises necessary.
What are the workouts like?
Dr. Clemmons's Credentials:
- Doctorate of Chiropractic
- Master's Degree in Sports Administration
- Bachelor's Degree in Exercise and Sports
Sciences from Texas Tech University
- Crossfit Level 1 Certification
- Quarterback - Texas Tech University (1990-1993)
- Division 1 College Football Coach for 6 seasons.

This is a Doctor driven fitness experience. Dr. Clemmons writes the workouts, watches you as you move thru the workouts and follows up with any necessary changes. The process will get you to your fitness goals safely and efficiently. You don't have to do anything but show up and do your best.
What makes us different?
Our classes meet in two weekly schedules:
- Monday & Thursday
- Tuesday & Friday
